Since the late 1970’s the company has been active in the distribution of Tool Steels for the Canadian market. In 2004 the former ThyssenKrupp Specialty Steels Canada was acquired by the Swiss Steel Group Group. Today, the activities of Swiss Steel Canada are focused on providing the highest quality Tool Steels, Stainless Steels, and Engineering Steels.Operational since 1978, the Mississauga location serves the entire Canadian market and includes a Sales Office and a Service Center with Tool Steel processing and distribution. The primary processing activities include saw cutting and machining services. In this facility, Territory Managers and Technical Support Specialists, equipped with in house metallurgical lab capabilities, are available to provide comprehensive sales and technical support to our valued customers.

- Custom Saw Cutting – up to 40” x 80”
- Plate Grinding – up to 160” cross corners
