Machining & Service
The machining shop in Witten manufactures products for the Tool- and Mouldmaking business. We apply latest technology of machine and computer systems. Various new machines were integrated into the production range. The production thus covers the entire range from rough machined blocks, to precision flats and squares up to deep – drilled, ready to use pieces of a maximum weight of 50 tons.

The machining shop in Krefeld concentrates on the production of rotation symmetrical pieces of a weight up to 22 tons. We apply conventional and modern CNC lathes and grinding machines. In order to reinforce the machining force, among others a combined turning and milling machine as well as several deep-drilling machines were put into service. Focus on the production is laid upon rolls, shafts, mandrels, cylinders and guide rolls for continuous casters.
