Swiss Steel Brasil was founded in 1998 and is our distributor of steels in Brazil. We have built a strong reputation for providing ideal special steel solutions to our customers. Our commercial teams in São Paulo, Joinville, and Caxias do Sul, along with sales representatives throughout the country, are ready to develop new solutions to meet your needs. Our focus markets: tool steel, stainless steel, and engineering steel.Swiss Steel Brasil in São Paulo is fully equipped for the distribution of tool and stainless steels. With the capability to handle blocks of up to 25 tons, it has several cutting, milling, and turning machines. We can supply the full range of tool steels (hot work, cold work, plastic mold, and high-speed steel) in round and block formats. The steels supplied by Swiss Steel Brasil are manufactured in our group’s mills: Deutsche Edelstahlwerke, Finkl, Steeltec, and Ugitech. This supply chain allows us to ensure the highest product quality for our customers. Most materials from our mills are available in stock with a wide range of diameters (bars) or thicknesses (blocks and flats). The São Paulo warehouse also serves as a strong logistics platform for organizing supply chains for our demanding customers of stainless long products, polished steels, and engineering steels.

Cold Saw Cutting: Our capacity ranges from 10 mm diameter to block cutting 1000 mm high x 2000 mm wide x 6000 mm long with a maximum unit weight of 25,000 kg.

Machining: Our in-house machining department can save your company valuable time and costs by machining your tool steel blocks completely to size. Whether you need 2, 4 or 6-sided machined parts, we can help. Our maximum piece weight is 4,000 kg.
