Acciai per cuscinetti

Gli acciai per cuscinetti sono acciai tecnici legati, a indurimento passante, basati sull'analisi del
tradizionale acciaio per cuscinetti volventi 100Cr6. Questo acciaio è caratterizzato da un'elevata
durezza martensitica e, insieme ai carburi di cromo, contrasta l'usura causata dall'abrasione.

Für höhere Anforderungen und größere Dimensionen

Höhere Anforderungen und größere Dimensionen haben zu zahlreichen Modifikationen der Grundgüte 100Cr6 geführt, abhängig von der gewünschten Abmessung mit höherem oder niedrigerem Chromgehalt. Legierungselemente, wie Mangan und Molybdän, erhöhen die Durchhärtbarkeit des Stahls und werden für größere Härtequerschnitte verwendet. Die gängigsten Wälzlagerstähle sind in der DIN EN ISO 683-17 genormt.

Basierend auf dem traditionellen Stahl 100Cr6 (SAE51000) dienen analytische Veränderungen, z.B. für höhere Wandstärken, zu gleichbleibender Zuverlässigkeit im Überrollverhalten.
