Swiss Steel Brazil was founded in 1998 and is the sales office for our production assets in Brazil. We have built a strong reputation for delivering optimal special steel solutions for our customers. Our local teams in São Paulo, Joinville and Caxias do Sul are ready to develop new solutions for your needs. Our focus markets: tool steel, stainless steel and engineering steel.

Joinville is well known for its very strong plastic mold industry and Swiss Steel Brazil has a sales office right in the middle of this mold maker market. The Joinville team is therefore able to serve in a very reactive manner all the customers of the area. The team has of course the full support of the São Paulo warehouse when its comes to tool steel and stainless  steel product distribution.

In order to better serve the market around Porto Alegre, Swiss Steel Group do Brazil opened a warehouse in 2002 in Caxias do Sul. The warehouse is equipped with various cutting equipment and a significant stock of tool steel products. Ideally located, the Caxias do Sul warehouse is able to efficiently serve  all the customers in the area of Porto Alegre, with a quick and reliable service.

Swiss Steel Brazil warehouse in São Paulo is a fully equipped warehouse for tool steel distribution. With crane capability up to 25 tons and several cutting and milling machines, Swiss Steel Brazil is able to provide all the range of tool steels (hot work, cold work, plastic molds) in any kind of shapes: round, blocks.bAll the tool steel Swiss Steel Brazil provides the customers with are manufactured in our group mills: Deutsche Edelstahlwerke, Finkl Steel. With such a supply chain, we are able to guarantee to the customers the highest quality of our products. Most of our mills’ grades are available on stock with a large range of diameters (bar products) or dimensions (blocks and flats). The São Paulo warehouse is also a good logistic platform to organize some supply chains to our demanding customers of stainless steel long products, bright steels and engineering steels.

Cold Saw Cutting: Our capacity ranges from 10 mm diameter to block cutting 1000 mm high x 2000 mm wide x 6000 mm long with a maximum unit weight of 25,000 kg.

Machining: Our in-house machining department can save your company valuable time and costs by machining your tool steel blocks completely to size. Whether you need 2, 4 or 6-sided machined parts, we can help. Our maximum piece weight is 4,000 kg.
