Aços para rolamentos

Os aços para rolamentos são aços de engenharia com liga e endurecimento contínuo, baseados na análise do tradicional aço para rolamentos 100Cr6. Esse aço é caracterizado por uma alta dureza martensítica e, juntamente com os carbonetos de cromo, neutraliza o desgaste causado pela abrasão.

Höhere Anforderungen und größere Dimensionen haben zu zahlreichen Modifikationen der Grundgüte 100Cr6 geführt, abhängig von der gewünschten Abmessung mit höherem oder niedrigerem Chromgehalt. Legierungselemente, wie Mangan und Molybdän, erhöhen die Durchhärtbarkeit des Stahls und werden für größere Härtequerschnitte verwendet. Die gängigsten Wälzlagerstähle sind in der DIN EN ISO 683-17 genormt.

Basierend auf dem traditionellen Stahl 100Cr6 (SAE51000) dienen analytische Veränderungen, z.B. für höhere Wandstärken, zu gleichbleibender Zuverlässigkeit im Überrollverhalten.
